Default Anyone do autocross with their New Beetle?

If so, I am curious how it went...For a stock car, your only allowed to add a rear sway right?

http://newbeetle.org/forums/forumdis...c&daysprune=-1 <- Here is our Amateur/Professional Motorsports forum, listed under Community and Hobbies.

You're not allowed to add a rear sway and run in Stock. That would bump you to Street Prepared or STS or somesuch.

You MAY upgrade your springs/struts as long as you retain the same style. (no coilovers)

You MAY perform some lightening.

You may be able to search the SCCA website for the official rules. I do know that the quote that usually floats around is "If they don't specifically tell you that you CAN do it, you CAN'T."

Rules are here: http://cms.scca.com/documents/Solo_R...Solo_Rules.pdf

But we'll be more than glad to talk you through options and suggestions in the Amateur/Professional Motorsports forum.
