Default Where you do you hang your suit coat?

I love my Turbo S. But my suit coat keeps getting wrinkled. I hate wearing it (and hate ties even more), but in my business I have to wear a suit coat at meetings quite often. In the past, with my 4-door sedans, I've hung my coat on a hanger and then on a hook inside a rear door, or sometimes just laid it across the back seat. But now, the seating position is so far back, there is no room for a coat hook (and there isn't one, obviously). Laying my coat across the deep buckets in back gets it wrinkled (it's not a flat surface). I tried putting it on a hanger and hanging it from one of the rear head-rests, but the bottom part still gets wrinkled since the bottom hem crumples on the rear seat.

Certainly there are other furrowed-brow business men (or women) who have their sporty beetle and still keep their suit from getting wrinkled. How do you do it?

I have a hook in my car. Its a '99 so the Turbo S cars might be different. But I definitely have a hook. I used it to transport my wedding dress after I picked it up with no problems.

Cool

I hook it on the rear seat headrest and it lays against the back of the rear seat.

lol
I just had the best laugh today
Never had a suit or suit coat for that matter, but, here is a hook

I painted it
..or, remove ( that would be the hardest part) lid behind rear seats and lay the suit coat over trunk, seat beck, and rear seat. Then, you can slide 2 pair of ties under rear headrest and then gently aply downforce presure on the headrest to lock the ties To make it more safe for suit coat get some of those elastic ropes with hooks and secure the cargo by attaching the hooks between the two head rests.

Let me know how it went
Cheers

I tend to use the strap itself, so that it can twist. If you use the hook, it kinda obscures the front side window, and puts sleeves near the greasy part of the door latch mechaism.

I know it's not 'as intended' but that's okay w/me.

When its on the strap, it tends to lay flat against the seat, twisted 90* w/the edge of the hanger on/near the rear quarter window.
