Default Right Thigh cramping

I've developed something where after about 50 miles, even with cruise control on, there's a cramping in the back of my thigh that makes me want to rip off my right leg and throuw it out the window. I've tinkered with seat heights, and nothing so far has alieviated it. For the record: 5' 9", 180 lbs.

Sounds dumb, but if your wallet is in your right pocket, try taking it out and see what happens.

I have actually heard that it's quite damaging on the nerves to keep your wallet in your back pocket! lol I agree it totally sounds trivial but I've heard the same thing.

Although... I do get those funky cramps sometimes too. I've always associated it with having my hip not aligned with my knee though. Because if I real quick align them the cramp goes away. Also keep hydrated??

I visit a local chiropractor regularly, not just for problems but for maintenence as well. If you don't, that might be something you'd want to look into.

Wallet does play a role, specially if a thick one. I use to have the same problem, keeping a thin wallet (not very hard these days) helps a lot. I keep it thin and use a money clip as well. If you drive a lot like I do try changing your posture often

I agree. I've kept my wallet in my left pocket for years, on the advice of a chiropractor. That also makes it more difficult for someone to steal...

I'm a female and I carry a wallet instead of a purse. my husband and myself both take our wallets out of our pockets while driving and throw them in the glove box. As well as our phones. Phones go in center console. lol.. We used to go to chiropractors but insurance no longer covers the visits. But it did help with my hips and shoulders. Man I miss how much better I felt. Oh well. But good luck with fixing your issues. Hope you get'er done.. lol.. Sry had to throw that in there.. lol

Honestly, sounds like a personal problem. See a doc.

I use to get leg cramps when I snorkled a lot and cured it by taking a potassium suppliment. Worked great.
