Default Thinking of buying this NB (photos too)

I am considering buying the white NB. It is a 2009, former lease, 39K miles (kind of high) but all maintenance has been done. I can buy a extended warranty too. I love the interior upgrades over my 2001. It has the new 5 cylinder engine and tiptronic tranny, too. also very cute, and white is a MUCH better color here in the Florida heat than Black.
Any inputs, suggestion, advice?

My advice is financial, if you can comfortably afford it, then get it ASAP , life is short

However we're in a bad economy with an uncertain future, so I'd be cautious borrowing money

I'd say depends on the price of it. There is an ALL NEW model coming out in a few months that you could buy soon. So if you're going to pay $20k for it (for example), you could probably get the new car for that price with 0 miles and 3 year 36k mile warranty with all maintenance included (unless vw changes it). But just my .02/

But 39k miles isn't bad at all for an almost 3 year old car.

okay, here's what happened. hertz Rent2Buy coudn't agree with my credit union on method ofpayment and transfer of title. So my husband who has already financed 2 cars with Volkswgen credit, signed for me to get my dream car: a 2011 Tiguan SE. The 09 beetle CEL came on on the way to the VW dealer!! how ironic!! Actually a pretty nice car, just not what I've been drooling iver for the last 6 months!!! We took the 09 back to hertz, so it is still available on their website. I wll be,isting my 2001 bug soon.
