Default Farewell New Beetle GLS TDI -- hello Mazda5

Just wanted to say that I've enjoyed the experience with the New Beetle last 5 years or so.

There were some good memories and some not so good. Beetle was fun to drive and very economical. But my family of 5 out grew this car, and now I needed something bigger with more doors.

Say hello to my new 2012 Mazda 5 Grand Touring! Recently traded in my Beetle for a Mazda, and have been happy with the ride and comfort.

One of my worst memories of the Beetle? Headlamps. This takes the cake, tops all problems on the Beetle.

But in the end, everything has a happy ending. I had take the Beetle for cross country trip, and saved lots of money on fuel.

Good luck everyone with your Beetle and thanks for sharing some of the most invaluable information during when I was down and out!

Congrats!

Are you in gas pump shock going from a compact diesel car to a Mazda that lately has been in the news for having the worst mpg gas engines on the planet?
