I had to install my bud vase from its plastic bag. It now contains blue phony flowers.

mine didn't come with anything

rather, the vase wasn't there when I bought the car either.

I had to go back the next day and ask for one, the guy looked at me like I was missing more than a vase.

but as of last night, it now holds an orchid (not life-size, sorry photobucket is slow in sizing)

Mine was installed in front of me as i recall. My owners manual was even assembled in front of me. The only thing that i didn't get was to unwrap it.

But yeah, i didn't have anything in mine. I tried going with the fresh (stolen) flowers and a bit of water, but they just get cooked. I did the fake flowers, but they always look like crap. Now i like my plush daisy and pressure guage.

Mine came with a bunch of crappy fake red flowers but I guess it's the thought that counts. There was nothing in there when I test drove her. They really didn't have to put anything in there but it would have been cooler if they put a plush vw daisy in there. Oh well. Now I have 4 big gerbera daisies. One white, one yellow, one pink and one peach and a yellow, orange and green polka dotted pin wheel and a fuzzy monkey pen. My bud vase is quite full right now

Although we bought Speedy used from a Chevrolet dealer, he made sure the vase had real flowers in it when we picked it up. My 18 year old daughter is Speedy's daily driver and some poor smitten 17 year old boy keeps stealing flowers from his grandmother's yard and putting them in there. They don't last long in this heat, though, so she throws them away pretty fast.
