Kudos to my dealership!
As many of you know, I have had a few problems with my car over the past two years after purchasing it new.
I can't say enough about what my dealership has done for me. I have posted a few times of the spectacular stuff they ALWAYS do when I take my car in. (Classic VW in Mentor, Ohio) http://www.classic-oh.vwdealer.com/en_US/ I just got it back 3 hours ago and all I can say is WOW WE!!!!!!! There was a small dent on the drivers side door that my (service manager's brother) pulled out for me (for free) He has a dent pull business When I pulled into the driveway Yesterday, of the dealership, my oil light was flashing (which has happend three times since I had the car) and they can't pick up any bad codes on the computer....so this time they replaced the oil pump (oil pump, washer, oil filter, new oil and sealant) and rotated my tires....... They replaced the air filter that filters the incoming air into the car and some other filter for the ac I think? And sprayed some sort of anti bacterial stuff in there to keep the irritants and mold from developing from moisture. AND........washed, waxed, buffed, and tire dressed as well as cleaning the dash, monster mats and black door floor edges.  And I was inquiring about the clear bulbs for the clear corners that I have aquired via FineExampl!!!! and he is having parts order them for me as well and is going to install them for me when I get them from John......as a favor. All I can say is bringing Chocolate Chip cookies once in a while to your service department DOES HELP!!!!!!! LOTS!!!!!!

i HATE my dealership...but only in sales. Service has been good to me.

i love my dealership. they are very helpful and always squeesh me in. and the kid that works at the counter came out and put my exhaust tips on because the techs were busy.
