Hi I am Nickel and I am addicted to the NB.

I am new here and just brought home my first VW, A 2004 1.8T Dark blue NB convert.

I just wanted to thank you all for your help, I have been reading this forum for a few weeks prior to buying the car and it really helped me decide what I wanted, as well as making me want one all the more You all have some beautiful cars!

I hope to learn more about my NB and share my experiences too.

The first NBC I ever drove, was a Galactic Blue 2003. (Your beautiful NBC is also "Galactic Blue Pearl", by the way ). I drove it top down, January 2003, 8pm, , clear skies, full moon, 30 degrees, seats on. It was great! It took a few years to get one, but we love it!

Oh, I was wondering what the correct color name was, thank you. Haha, I bet that was one fun drive! This is my 4th convertable, (my Sebring is hiding in one of the above shots) but already know my NBC will be my favorite

Those are so pretty! I would love a stable full of NBs, but I can't get the hubby out of his truck

I wish I could take the credit, but they came with the car. I, however, did not complain My Husband and son tend to modify their vehicles quite a bit (my son has an Acura that has the look of a street racer), so when I mentioned that I liked the wheels a lot, you could hear them in the background chanting "one of us"
