'06 TDI - Daisy!
Hi All -
I've been a lurker here for about 2 months. But when my wife, Julia (goes by Kermit on this list..oh look there she is now  ) got her NB, she joined right away and enthusiastically egged me into doing the same.So, about Daisy...she got her name from my wife who had visions of white daisy wheels with yellow centers, and of course, a tribe-sized boquet of daisies in the bud vase.  We compromised on 5 little daisies in the vase.It was a complete assault on my masculinity, and it wasn't even her car! But like most everything else around our household, she gets her way, as it should be  and the name "Daisy" stuck. Now that Julia has "Kermit" (I made her get own car to doll up, big meanie that I am), the flowers are gone - soon to be replaced with a cell phone holder  , new window tint is in, I am now free to scoot down the road in meat locker temperatures with the AC blowing in pure TDI efficiency...my kind of ride!We'll post some pictures of Kermit and Daisy together this weekend. Thanks for all your kind words about Kermit.

I'm anxious to hear if the name changes when she becomes more "masculine"  Look forward to the pictures of Kermit and Daisy together - they are both beautiful cars!!

Thanks Blue Bug. Yep, Blue does it for me too. It matches nicely to the "other" blue car we have
Look closely through the windshield of the interior shot in the Kermit and Daisy Double Dubness pics. I'm all smiles over that one too!
