Hey all, i'm Heather and i'm new to the site and new to the world of VW. I just bought my pre-loved 07 beetle yesterday and will be picking it up from the dealer by Wednesday. Looking forward to talking to everybody and learning a little more about my car. Here's some pics:

Well, the 2.5 is a great engine that's for sure. 5 cylinders are better than four! Well, not as good as four turbochraged ones.... But it's got Lamborghini parts in it, and that's bound to be a good thing.
There's not much available still for the 2.5, but the car itself has a lot of potential and you will find yourself looking for some rims before you know it! Welcome!

i'm super excited about my beetle! i almost got the 1.8T, I test drove one with my dad but I kiiiind of have a lead foot and he was like "you are so NOT getting a turbo!"
I am still going to have fun with it though. I definitely want to do some kind of (mostly cosmetic) modifications, but i'm not sure what yet. looking at all your cars is great inspiration though, i know i'll come up with something interesting to do.
