hello all, from indiana
my name is tony. last week i sold my slammed 88 Chevy pickup truck to embark on an adventure of attempting to find a gas mileage friendly, fun to drive, show quality car for me to drive through the next handful of years. my search ended yesterday morning when i put a hold on a blue 1999 VW Beetle gls 5 speed. i am so stoked to be buying this car. it is located near Chicago so tmrw morning i am waking up bright and early and my parents and i are going to jet over there and pick it up. i plan to lower the car and put some wheels on it, maybe some big inch black bbs's. i plan on giving it a tune up in the audio department as well.
I just graduated from McCutcheon high school yesterday afternoon so i wanted something reliable and easy on the gas fund to drive. check out some pictures of my new ride!!! http://public.fotki.com/redlinetoys/the-new-beetle/ Thanks for reading! tony

thanx for the warm greetings everyone! i'm thinking of going to sleep early tonight so that tmrw morning will come faster. lol.
i have spent the day sitting around home waiting and making 6 mix cd's for the ride home tmrw since the car has a 6 cd changer. can you tell i'm excited? lol
