howdy
well i just bought a 01 new beetle sport on friday. silver in color with 132K miles. needed a new car and came across this deal. drives very nice and strong and remarkably clean. bought from the original owner. it was the typical sport with no options added. leather is perfect shape, also carpet and floor mats like new. owner used another set of floor mats ontop of the stock ones. only imperfections were some of the paint on the rear fenders pitting off, the front lower grille cracked and a few nicks in the paint on the hood. I took the opportunity to order a stock 6 disc changer to add to the radio and added a autometer phantom series boost gauge to the lower left of the dash. no mechanical issues at all passed ny state inspection with zero codes, and dropped some synthetic oil in her as well.
