I guess I should post mine on here. I named my guy Gayle. I am from Chicago and a big Bears fan and well he is named after Gayle Sayers the running back. Finally after 1 year and over 30K miles, his name came to me.

I read this thread whenever it pops up and I could have SWORN I replied to it a while ago. Guess not. I originally named my baby after her color. Then I kicked myself (over a year later) for not going with something Beatles oriented (since I'm a HUGE HUGE fan) so I had to give her a Beatles inspired middle name. My NBC's official name is Beryl Prudence or the Blue Prue for short.
