Congratulations, that's awesome! As a new driver of a bug, also, my only tip is to take good care of it and give it lots of love...but that's pretty obvious.

Welcome to the org family and congrats on your new to you new beetle.

A couple of suggestions:

Post often- you'll find many friends here who have experience with their beetles and have cures to any issues you may have.

Utilize the search- it can be your best friend.

If at all possible, get involved in the GTG scene- especially the nB GTG's- it's not necessary for the upkeep of your beetle, but they can accentuate the thrill of the nB experience.

Don't be a stranger

If you've never owned one before, sometimes the front end can be tricky to judge while parking and driving.

Mostly b/c the dashboard is wide, then you've got the front end beyond that. So watch that nose!
