I'm really hoping to fall into some extra cash soon. I'm wanting to get a front bumper for a future nB.

Actually, if you buy an entire Caractere Kit, it has a special center mount exhaust with the kit.

A full Caractere body kit will probably run you about $2,000 - $2600, and INCLUDES the exhaust, front and rear bumpers, side skirts, and the rear spoiler.

The Votex skirts attach on top of the stock beetle skirt, and they have a line down the side of them, looks kind of like a little bulge almost.

See here?

Yea. When you do that, you have to take it somewhere to get the car back programmed to the immobilizer. The vallet key still works because it hasn't been changed. If you put it back on the old ones (with the programming), it should work just find.

If you take it to a dealer, they're mad expensive to do here... IF you find a decent place, let me know because i need my flip key done too. I've been using the valet key since i bought the car in August 09.
