New and my bug needs help
hey everyone,new here and i have a 2001 beetle in green which i love! but im having a problem with the stereo system, it has the factory stereo in it but previously had an aftermarket one which i took out because of smog check complications any whoo my stereo has no sound now anyone know why?

 I'm sorry, but I know pretty much nothing about car stereos. lol Have you tried looking in the Car Audio forum? You might be able to find the answer to your problem there. Car Audio - NewBeetle.org Forums

I am pretty sure the stock radio has a code that needs to be input to get it to work. Not much help I know. Post this question over in the Audio section of this forum. You will have a better shot at getting a answer quicker.
