Default 2003 Convertible New Beetle

Hi,

I have been spending days looking for a New (used) Beetle. I found a convertible and I was wondering if there are any issues I should know about a convertible? It has 12,971 miles on it and is decently priced. Any information anyone could give me about convertibles would be wonderful.

Thank you,
MistressM

Keep in mind, that 2003 was a "first-year-model" for the Convertible. Somewhat prone to, well, bugs!

By now, though, with that car, any bugs it may have had, are probably worked out. If the NBC is calling you, become one with it.

I know about these cars. We have one. There is nothing more fun on the road. Go for it! Get a signed warranty, and go for a drive. You will undoubtedly love it. Good luck!

Thanks for the info but I think the price and milage are too good to be true.

The KBB (Kelly Blue Book) is much higher for this model. I may go look at it on Saturday but I am being very careful, and thorough. This is will be my 3rd car ever and I want to buy the right one.

Thank you for the great on-line support.

Default Too good to be true!

We checked last night and the price was too good to be true. It was listed $11,999 but is really over $20,000. Over my price limit.
Thank you for all the info.
