P2279

Hello beetle lovers,
I had a code about a week ago, P0118, bought the piece and replaced it, engine light has not come back on for about a week. This morning, light on. Went to advanced auto to get a reading, P2279. Checked all the hoses, all seem fine. Intake air system leak is what the code means, and since I had to undo several of the hoses to get the ect sensor out and the new one in, I thought maybe I had not hooked something up right. Everything looks fine. I fueled up 2 days ago, so I checked my gas cap, it is on tight. What else could I do?
