It will be a smooth bumper with holes where the plate holder attaches, My stock Turbo has gone 125mph once, so I wouldn't call it slow . Find out about the Water pump and Timing belt and see if they have been replaced and if so...when.

And Welcome to the ORG

w/ the turbo, most do the initial change at 50-60k because of the plastic impellar in the water pump. I would assume after that every 60k miles after that would be the rule of thumb for safety sake. Really depends on how the engine is run. Without absolute documentation the second or third has been done, do it immediately. Likely it is due. Failure of the belt results in bent valves and major rebuild, instantaneous with it's failure.
