Welcome to the forum! The welcome-kit from the forum will provide you with a great deal of information which will be important for making an informed decision about any candidate New Beetles that you consider for purchase.

New Beetle's are such entertaining vehicles that you'll doubtless find yourself driving around with an impossible-to-deny grin on your face! But, like all Volkswagen products, the vehicles are the prototypical over-engineered German machine, so an aggressive program of maintenance is needed to keep your New Beetle operating as a reliable, dependable, all-weather driving machine. So, one of the first things you should do is locate a local independent VW specialist shop to collaborate with on maintenance issues. With a trusted VW specialist shop identified, you'll have someone who can perform a pre-purchase inspection on any New Beetles in which you might be interested in purchasing; money well-spent!

Good luck!
