Default windows in my 05 bug...

I have a 2005 vw bug. I have 3 windows that now do not work at all!! Anyone else with this problem? The dealership wants
$500.00 a window. That is just for the back small windows. I hate to find out how much the driver side window is.

Has anyone heard of any recalls?

Yes the window regulators were a big recall for earlier bugs. Do some searching on window regulator recall here and you will find a ton of info.

Not sure about the rears for a vert, which it sounds like you have.

Even if they are not covered, there are 'how-to's" on replacing the regulator units.
