Default Another NB Owner, imagine that :D

Short story. The gas crunch is really taking its toll on me. So I started looking around at used Golf TDI (no Jettas as my wife has one). I found one I liked and was ready to get it until I found a Black NB TDI. Memories of my old 73 Super Beetle came flashing back. It was love at first site

Drove her home Sunday and still love her. Now to just put my stereo in and driving live will be good again

Hi and welcome! This is a great place to have fun. If you can't be driving your NB you might as well be talking about it

Congrats! I too was an owner of a '70's super beetle. I got my NB about 2 1/2 weeks ago and love it more every day.

Thanks for the warm welcome all. I am catching a lot of flak for selling my old car (a very built up 98 Jeep Wrangler) but to be honest, I just love the NB

Ivy, I have been asked a lot already how the NB compares to my Super Beetle. I always say, they are complete different. Do you also get question that a lot?

It sounds like something happened to you, that happens to many of us. The used New Beetle called out to you.... "Yoo Hoo! Look at me! Over here!"

So glad you found the best TDI on the road. What I mean, is that is already a fun car, and even better with the 1.9TDI! Congratulations!

Welcome to the Org!
