Aww sweet!

Writeups of the PP and ESB are a must. BTW...NOBODY has gotten Batch #4 outside of NJ until now.

I got mine and can't wait to try it. Nice label, too. You know I'm a sucker for good packaging.

There's no apostrophe before an 's' when you're talking about the plural version of a word. "I took some neat photo's!" is NOT correct.

Ooooh, I can give that a shot. What's the next variety called? Size requirements?

Logo or label? There's a big difference.

Okay, I may have to tweak this for the DIN, but here are the quick takes:

PP is OUTSTANDING. I mean, first the pumpkin taste gets you. No kidding, it does. THEN the spice comes, genuinely awesome how that works. Really, that takes some culinary skill. And here is the best part campers: You want MORE after you have that first burn. I mean, you just want to dive back in, and the more you do, the more you want.

Superb. I will give it five out of five stars. Truly a masterpiece.

The ESB is also a wonderful sauce, and if that is all you have to go on, then it would win hands down, but I have to say it loses to PP. That is not meant to be a diss. It's just between the two, we at this house (and there was five people trying it out), preferred the PP.

Having said that, what can I say about the ESB? The ESB starts out strong, and stays that way. It's not for the weak, as in the average milquetoast American won't be able to handle it. We here at THE STUDIO are serious hot sauce connoisseurs. With over fifty hot sauces in the house, from the mainstream (Tabasco) to little house blends that no one outside of those who read Chili Pepper Magazine would know, we have discerning palettes.

John has created with his own hands, a unique blend that would take years for a mainstream company to figure out. He has hit a triple with the ESB, and then drives that home with the PP. And then some. Campers, this is for real. It's singularly together, no less, the best one two punch I have had cross my taste buds in some time. Words fail to embrace the tantalizing sensation experienced therein.

If you enjoy food. If you enjoy hot sauces that clearly embrace the time honored tradition of being hand made, with care given to each morsel, then this is the label to acquire.

Acquire the Fire. Acquire FineExampl Hot Sauce.

I bought 10 of these. They will be used for a very limited, one and done variety hot sauce sometime this year.

Just cashed in some sales to order 4 cases of woozies, reducers, and 2 orders of "free mystery bag" which lord knows what that might be. It may just end up a future freebie.

I couldn't wait and had some straight from the bottle - very good ESP John!
Thanks again, I am going to wait and share the candied habanero (and the sauce too) with my brother when I see him.

Aww thanks. I was wondering if you had gotten it. I only have 2 bottles left and one is spoken for.

Oh yeah...stock on hand:

1 bottle of ESB
2 bottles Pumpkin Pain on Etsy (fineexampl.etsy.com)
2 bottles Pumpkin Pain unspoken for

So....5 bottles left in all.

I still have your old bottle! Sheesh.

I have to say, you've definitely upped my interest in peppers and hot stuff in general. I can't stand stuff as hot as you can, but my taste for the hot has grown over the last year.

The more you eat, the more you want. Famous stories usually go, "OH MY GOD THAT'S TOO HOT!! Can i get some more please?" Build your tolerance Erin! To quote Cajun Heat (not affiliated with me), "eat like a freak!"

Cool!

For everyone...$10+actual shipping. Last i checked it was about $5 USPS Priority Mail. And again, internet orders get a free gift with every bottle purchased. I've got some good stuff this time! More on the way too.

FUND MY WEDDING!!! That's why i'm going to be bombarding the world with hot sauces!

Introducing to the world...KILLER KARROT!!!!
The perfect blend of fresh carrots, orange habanero, fatalii pepper, brown sugar, and a secret blend of herbs and spices. This stuff is sweet as heck and as hot as hell. This will knock the crap out of your fajitas! It'll make pork chops quiver with fear! Your kababs will combust! I love this stuff, and you will too.
