Default 1997 BMW 328i e36 price drop $4500

I’m selling a BMW 328i with a lot of modifications which brings it closer to a M3 than a 328i (~210 bhp instead of 240bhp). You keep the benefits of a 328i (cheaper insurance and registration) and adding the advantages of the M3!

THE GOOD:

The car is in a very clean and well maintained (clean carfax!). It was owned for the last 3.5 years by a German car mechanic. I replaced numerous parts while using only OEM parts. The last oil change was done just a few weeks ago.
I am selling the car only because it belonged to a friend of mine who has moved to Germany.
Of course, you can find some signs of wear which is normal for a car of that age and that mileage (173.xxx). The car is equipped with following extras: Heated, electric seats, sport package, leather, power windows, power sliding/ sun roof, power mirrors, Cruise control, power lock with remote, DSC (traction control), two zone air conditioning, board computer, white indicators (6x), 2x airbag, etc.

Several parts were modified/ replaced by M3 OEM Parts:
Complete suspension (M3 springs, struts, several bushings and B8- Bilstein shocks, all new~1.5- 2 years)
M3 Body kit (but regular 3-series front bumper, rear spoiler with break light)
Limited slip differential (LSD)
BMW M3 Muffler, new raceland header (for ECE M3) and 2x 2.5” exhaust system! (~6 month)
OEM 17” wheels (M contour, style 23) with high performance summer tires (225 front, 245 rear)- tires roughly 1.5 years.

Several other parts are new/ replaced recently:
OEM leather steering wheel and illuminated leather gear shift knob (~2.5 years)
Alpine radio with MP3 CD, USB, Aux etc. ~1.5 years
Bi-Xenon with European OEM headlights (real glass!) ~1.5 years
Oxygen sensors (1 month)
many other parts

THE BAD:

Cheack engin light came on yesterday and I'm not sure why

Price: 4500 for the car without winter tires

With Winter tires and rims: wheels (16” OEM)- tires are ~2 years. 80% tread left. (He drove the car very little in the last year because he was working in Chicago and flew from detroit) 5300 with winter tires/rims.
