Another plant that does really well in moderate light conditions is a rubber plant. They are really easy to care for, too. Just water it once a week and periodically wash the dust off of the leaves so they stay nice and shiny. I've also found that aloe plants do well in moderate light, and since aloe plants are succulents, they only need to be watered very sparingly.
