Geocaching
Geocaching is my main hobby. Many other hobbies (hiking, kayaking, biking, travel, computers) tie in to geocaching for me.

I did it for a while, but it just became too time consuming for me.
Fun while it lasted.  With the new smart phones, I bet it is a bit easier than when I stopped.

Don't hate me, but I'm a former letterboxer.
 The two are similar enough that I would find geocaches when looking for new places to put my letterboxes. I haven't been out in over a year, but I had so much fun and learned a lot the few years I did it.
