Read quite a bit on here about chips and scratches, and got a few myself, but been unable to find a touch up pen in my colour, only a spray can, so I came up with a solution: this is my chance to give something back to you guys
![]() I emptied and cleaned out an old pot of nail polish (with thinners and acetone), and cleaned the brush thoroughly. Put a cocktail stick in the empty nail polish pot, sprayed the coloured laquer from the VW dealer into the lid of the spray can, which has a hole in it. Pour the coloured spray into the empty nail polish pot through the hole in the lid (using the cocktail stick makes it run down with minimum wastage). Screw lid up tightly and hey presto - easy to use for touch ups, and with the brush in the pot too. Hope you guys find it useful.
