rear bumpers

Hey guys, I was about to bid on a bumper on Ebay, and I was JUST making sure that a '98 bumper fits on an 04......I'm almost positive they do..

I can't say for sure .... 98's were a bit different in a lot of areas. I think it should. If you can get the part # off the on you are bidding on ... or yours and plug it in at 1stvwparts it should tell you what years it fits ... if yours says 98-05 ... then the 98 should fit. I would only buy it if it is an OEM bumper .... the Certifit ones may be available to you locally for less than they are sold on ebay with shipping.

Not certain if it will fit, but it might be worth looking into. no affiliation.

Sorry, i'm a sucker for modding when replacing.
