Default Steering Wheel Needs Attention

Can you help?

If you take a look at the photo of my steering wheel the paint has starting to rub off, I wont bore you with the details but does anybody know the best way to 'touch' this up or have any suggestions to improve this way this currently looks?

Thank you thank you thank you.

Give it go Jo!! You can do it. The cool thing of it all is, you can paint it the original silver or color-match the spokes to your bug's color. Then that will lead to painting the other trim pieces and before you know it, you'll be paint savvy.

Take your time with it and have fun in the process. Keep us posted on your progress and final results.

Cheers

Al

They're solid aluminum. You'll never wear through those.

Were the Turbo S spokes ever sold as a seperate part (without ordering the whole steering wheel)?

Nope, you need to order the complete steering wheel.

It took me 3 years to find one.
