Deteriorating Hood Emblem

I have an '02 and I do not have the 3-d emblem...looks like crap now, the Florida sun has destroyed it. I will need to replace that soon.

Well, the front and rear emblems on my '00 are peeling. The rear peeled up and tore my carcover because that chrome plating is sharp. Wheres the cheapest place to buy a 3d emblem for both front and rear. Also, how is the emblem attached to the swivel part of latch cover?

I also need to replace mine. they are starting to peel and look like crap. I noticed that when i went to look at it and how it was put on, it seems like it was glued on? Are all the emblems that you buy all the same? I want to get a 3-d one as well, both front and back.

Mine is a 02; I am on my second set and they are peeling/faded as well (non 3D style). I do live in the extreme climate of the desert; so, I guess its surprising this is happening but it is good to know I am not the only one with the problem.
