2004 Satellite Blue Paint Code?

Hi guys, I was hoping someone out there could help me out. I need the correct paint code for the 2004 Limited Edition Satellite Blue Beetle. There was only 1200 made and only in 2004. I've searched the internet up and down and cannot find this elusive code .Thanks to any one that can help.

I found the thread but it says paint code unknown. Have you tried contacting body shops in case they have repaired a satellite blue NB?

No, but if I don't find it this week, someone told me that maybe a dealer could look it up. I'm going to try everything. Thanks for the reply.

The code is on a sticker that I think is under the trunk mat... I just had some touch up paint mixed up a few months ago for our satellite so ill look tomorrow for u...

I know its called malibu blue so that might help till I can look

Yeah, I have looked for malibu blue also, but for some reason the code won't show up. If you have it from your car that would be great, I'd appreciate it. Thanks

okay for some reason my sister is not capable of finding the paint code even tho I am telling her exactly where it is... BUT if you call a volkswagen dealership SERVICE Dept.... doesn't matter which one and just ask if they can tell you the paint code for your VIN number and they will... I called to ask and they said they could but of course I don't have the VIN and she is at work right now.. SO hope this helps...

Cool I appreciate it, thanks. My body & fender guy found it last year with the VIN# of one I saw on ebay. My bug is painted already, & I'm tryig to finish it for the MidAmerica MotorWorks FunFest VW show in Effingham IL in the first weekend of July.
