passenger door handel inside broke

how do you fix this. we have a yelloew beetle 2000 with grey inside door handle broke in half. help.....

Is it possible to post a picture of what you are talking about,is this the pull handle or is it the door opening handle?
I am assumimg it is the pull handle, I have yet to have this problem however my drivers side pull handle is cracking and I could use some input on a fix as well.

It happened to me too except for the outside handle on the passenger side....you just have to take it in and get them to order the part, pop open the door and replace that thing...i forgot how much it coasted, but i think somewhere in the low 100s.
