Default Paintless Dent Repair

I am looking for someone who does paintless dent repair in the Southern Maryland area. My daughters 2002 GLS NB was damaged by hail. The auto body shops estimates are high no insurance involved. Can anyone help...Thanks

If the damage is light, its a good way to fix the car body. But if its extensive, only a body shop can get it done and that's expensive. Some people just live with damage to the car and accept it as having "character." And nothing is going to stay pristine even after a complete repair. So take that into consideration in weighing whether you want to lay out the cash for it.

Default Hail Damage

HI,

I would be courious to know what you find as one of my Turbo S models was salvaged after exstensive hail damage. I would like to fix some or all of it. But from what I have been told its way to exspensive thus the reason they totalled the car in the first place. As far as the roof alone they said it would be cheaper to install a new roof panel rather then push or work out all the dents on it. Good luck and keep us updated please.

Duh...

Unless your in the business, or have a real good friend!

Ditto the hood and trunk lid as to R&R.

Some cities and/or counties that have body shop and auot painting classes in their technical schools, and will take in vehicles for teaching purposes, no charge (you might have to supply the needed replacement parts). And the work is overseen by a pro. Could it look any worse than it does?

Just a thought!

Btw - Dentless repair involves the controlled use of dry ice! Quite possibly a DIY. Again, what have you got to loose, trying it.
