Default Rear Bumper Replacement

I was rear ended the other day and the other car took out my bumper on the lower side; reverse lights, and left side marker, plus the center piece is broken off.

Insurance company assessed the damage and they're sending me a check to get it repaired and any body shop of my choice.

Looking at it today a bit more closely, saw that the bumper is relatively easy to replace and there are no serious damage to underneath car other than the two tabs that secures the lower side of the bumper was bent, so I bent it back out.

Question is where can I buy the bumper and is it possible to have the dealer pre-paint it so I can just bolt on. I know this is always a sticky question because of the color fade with the original paint but the color of new bumper slightly being off is not a big concern to me.

Anyone knows where I can find a new bumper?

I was also rear-ended, although none of my lights were really damaged. Side marker fell out, I kept it. I was seriously hoping I could find some way to re-bond the plastic and fix it. I dont really have the dough to buy a new bumper cover and rear quarter panel. Any Ideas?
