center console lock broken
2004 NB convertible. The lock for the center console is broken. The arm rest won't open. Can anyone help me with how to get in so I can repair/replace the lock?

Mine did the same thing... I finally got it open but I think the latch is messed up cause it won't lock. I wonder if the locking mechanism is available?
Looks like we're in the same boat.
