replace left front fender- nbts
Greetings,all...
I need to replace the cracked left front fender on my 2002 new beetle turbo s. 1) can i remove the fender without removing the front bumper assembly? what about the headlight bucket? 2) any dyi for this specifically? 3) online,it looks like the replacement fender is generic to all new beetles.is this correct, or do i need a special fender? thanks for your help!

While to TS bumper is not, obviously, the fender should interchange from '98-'05. NB or NBC. You'll benefit if you can buy one already painted your color (an advantage of used v. new, besides the price), which may narrow down the years.
Yes, the R&R is going to be significant. I'll see what's in the Bentley. Haven't seen a DIY on here. MORAV
