Default Painting OEM 16" Rims

I'm looking for an interesting idea for a paint scheme for my nb's standard 16" rims (sorry, not a clue what their title is) I have a cyber green bug but it's been customized to kinda have a bi-colour theme going on. Part of the car is black, part green (see my photobucket profile for example, just like the link in my signature) so I was thinking maybe I could get them painted black with green on the sides (going for the Take 5 kinda look)

Also I'm trying to paint my dashboard so if anyone could refer me to instructions for either (or both) of the tasks I'm trying to accomplish that'd be great

Also!

I'm trying to remove my windshield wiper arm to paint them green but I undid the plastic caps & took off the bolts but they still seem to stay on. I sprayed some WD40 on them but no success, I've learned if your not sure that somethings supposed to move & WD40 doesn't help it doesn't want to move

Any help/suggestions is greatly appreciated!

If they are really old and stuck on, you'll need to get a puller to do the job.

This is what I used:

Mini Bearing Separator & Puller Kit | Princess Auto

I used the H looking cross-piece, center screwdown, and then two silver arms with the hook on the end got that around the outside of the wiper arm and lined up the screwdown on the wiper post. A few turns with the wrench and they were off.

Kind of expensive for 5 minutes of work, but if you can't just pull them off then grabbing them and trying to muscle them off may damage the wiper motor. So you get a $50 tool rather than a $60 wiper arm or a $200 wiper motor.

I got a little puller thing at autozone for like 10 bucks. Not as fancy as that set but worked great. Some say you can flip the arm up off the winshield and wiggle them off. Mine would not budge, so I got the puller they came right off no sweat.

WD40 is so last Millenium Get some Seafoam Deep Creep Spray and spray it on there. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes and then try and pull them off. Worked for me. I painted mine just black to cover up the flaking paint.

Well, Volkswagen beetle's were also last millennium but it didn't stop me from wanting one. I guess I'm just old school.
