You're interior rocks, but did you just do the inserts? Cuz an honest upholsterer will only be willing to do inserts on cars with seat-mounted side airbags, as a special machine is required to do the stitching to allow the airbag to burst through the seam, and these machines are extremely expensive and can only be found at factories. I bought a pair of Golf R32 seats, and did the inserts cream to resemble my original interior and left the rest of the seat alone, and the airbag plug plugged right into my car's plug. Wow, did you do the convertible top boot, too?

Nevermind. I found your old thread. It looks great, and your airbags can still deploy, as you didn't touch that part of the seat. Here is a link to my thread if you wanna check out my car's interior. I hope you're not a vegetarian because I have to warn you that there are pics of the cowhides...and you can kinda make out little legs and tails...

Ok,,,,I love your center REAR arm rest! How did you do that? I love it. I did have my boot covered too! Just had my chrome wheels put on yesterday will post pics soon. Would love to do that to my back seat like you did with the arm rest. They gave me extra ostrich to do my center console (did it already) might have enough to do one like in the back if you tell me how.

I dunno. I think they drilled four holes on the plastic non-upholstered side of the ski pass and put four pegs that click into complimentary pins on the leather--I'm not sure of the technical names, but you can imagine the male half on the plastic clicking into the female part attached to the leather. That way, there is no need for glue, which is how it was done before (which is why I had to redo it because the guys who did it first sucked...).
