Default Looking for Manif. of painted headlight surrounds

Hey.

I saw somewhere here that there is a company that makes painted (black) headlight surrounds- you know the inner part of the headlight assembly. Who makes the product and where can I find them.

I know I can paint it myself, but if the product is good, i'd rather save the time. Besides I lost one headlight lens and need to replace the unit.

thnaks.

yeah I saw you mentioned it.... but I have noticed especially with NB parts more than any other. You can't always find what you want listed consistently, same thing with the red/clear tails, some times people can't find em at all..... I had no problem finding them when we needed em.

Sucks, but has to do with the lack of aftermarket purchasers for NB parts......guessing it ends up being a waste of time to continually list auctions for parts that don't ever sell. Especially when it comes to tasteful/clean parts, you see more NBs with Altezza tails then you do with red/clear tails.

Yeah i've thought of Ebay after posting this thread. I'm kinda leary when it comes to Ebay though. I guess I need to get with the modern commerce these days and give it a shot.

Anyhoo, I solved my problem and purchased an aftermarket Headlight unit from a salvage yard here in town and just painted the inside black to match the other one. Problem solved and i'm running again

most of the headlights on ebay are stock but painted. it's a really simple job, i'd say just do it yourself.

That's what I did- thanks. I did my original headlights a while back and the right side lens flew off somewhere. So hoping to save time, I tried to find one already painted. It was just as quick to get an aftermarket and DIY.

Good looking out thanks.
