Source for hood insulation clips
Anybody have an idea where I could get some of these clips. I checked with the stealership, but at $5.10 each, I'll pass.

I will check this weekend to see if I can find mine as I took the insulation off my hood. If I can find them I will send them to you.

Just rip the hood insulation off. You don't need it.

do beetles come with hood insulation. I know for as long as i have had my car it never had it.

Mine didn't come with it as far as I know, and I never had any issues as a result.
I'm pretty sure it's a sound deadener more than anything, but all VW motors sound so good that you don't need it.
