4 pieces new in the box(taken out only for picture), picture of 2 pieces below. Bought them to redo my '98 (paid about $200 @ advance auto parts), sold the car, my '05 hasn't rolled 20K yet and we're moving. $75 including shipping by Fedex Ground, will take paypal(no extra charge). According to my research, they should fit '98 to '05, all engines. BTW, my user ID on ebay is oneredbug if that helps my credibility
