Again, if these aren't too much work, you should consider making some iPod holders/cradles. I'd get one from ya- don't have an iPod yet, but when I do (soon) I'd buy one.

Thanks, I havn't gone iPOD yet and yes, there is a lot of work involved in making the mold for these things. It is not cheep. I have sold 8 mounts already and it still has not paid it self off yet. The selling price is not worth the cost to make however, I felt that there needed to be something better specificly for the Beetle and wanted to give it a try.

To make one for the iPOD, I would need to take a close look at the type of mounts and work on something. Perhaps a mount that would hold both devices.

Pro-Fit has all kinds of mounts that fit the Garmin sized ball.
Using their adapters, you could use this mount for just about anything.

Interesting ... however, not liking the metal bracket. Looks like dash panels would have to come off in order to bolt it on.

I'm likin' this one with the J Stem though ...

That's what I was saying, use their AMPS adapter with your mount. Then you could hang just about anything from it.They have a nice iPhone cradle that attaches to an AMPS plate.
