There's always gonna be more ... as long as you "buggers" want them!

Will the Garmin GPSMap60CSx fit your holder?

https://buy.garmin.com/shop/shop.do?cID=145&pID=310

I don't have one yet but am thinking about getting one for the motorcycle. Sure would be nice if it fit your mount.

Thanks.

It doesn't look like it will fit. It needs to have the Garmin attachment for the swivle ball.
Thanks,

i got my mount in yesterday and the thing is awesome. A++++++ quality and the fitment is amazing. i also pulled the entire center piece that holds the radio and air vents out and soldered in a female cigarette lighter plug to the accessory power wire for the radio and i grounded it there also. You cant even see the wire when it is all put together. i will post pics of it soon.

you can get the female cigarette plugs at radioshack and the ground and accessory power wire colors are brown = ground and yellow/red = accessory power

p.s: this thing is awesome!!!!!

You still have one of these in black available to sell?

Also wondering if you considered a solution where power feeds up thru dash and thru the arm of your mount to the GPS? From your photos, I assume you run the GPS on battery power and simply connect to the lighter when you need to juice up.

That is precisely what I do however, I don't use my gps all that much anyway. Except on long trips in fact, I use my bluetooth on my mount instead.

About a power cord. These mounts are solid. Drilling a hole in the centre to run a power cord through them would not be an issue.

I have many mounts available.
Contact me via PM when your ready.
Thank you for your interest.

Mine works great and now that I finally got my own for Christmas I dowloaded the newest maps for free on the My.Garmin site and I downloaded the VW Beetle icon at Vehicles for GARMIN nuvi under STOCK CARS.

I have 3 mounts that are defected from the casting process.
The locking nubs near the bottom didn't turn out.
These nubs, like the ones on the bud vase, lock it in place and prevent it from spinning around.
These are not a total loss because a set screw can be used to secure it in place.
Because of this, I decided that I would offer it at a lower price of $10 + Shipping ($8)
P.M. me if your interested.

I have been looking for a cleaner iPhone mount to fit your mount. I contacted the makers of Podium by Pivotal; but their socket is 12.5mm, where yours is 17mm.
However, the CEO said they are working on auto adaptive mounts, and are interested in your design. You may want to contact them, or check out their product.

Podium by Pivotal :: Rotating iPhone Stand iPhone Dock iPod touch Stand iPod touch Dock

p.s. I have no stock, etc. in this company. Just trying to help you, myself, & anyone else who wanted an iPhone attachment!

PM Sent.

I tested out my Droid air vent car mount with a factory NUVI mount and the ball sizes are the same. There is a strong likelihood that any car mount that uses a ball for pivoting of the mount will work with this.

I'll post photos of the Droid setup once my mount arrives
