Default WANTED: parts for 2001 NB auto (skid plate side pieces, trunk cover, mats, etc etc)

Looking for a few things for my 2001 new beetle (GLX Turbo, automatic - not sure if that makes a difference)

-semicircular trunk cover flap thingie
-plastic skid plate side pieces (i guess vw calls these sound panels?)
-floor mats
-1 center cap or metal vw emblem for cap

1. What color parcel shelf and floor mats?
2. Do you mean the skid panels under the car?
3. Where are you located, who knows, someone might be close enough for you to pick up rather than ship.
4. If all else fails, www.car-part.com is a great junkyard search engine, but make sure to call the yards, most don't answer emails. Use 1998-2005 in your search for parts, and convertible stuff isn't a match for your car.

2. Yes, I believe so. They are plastic, right in the front, just attached with a few screws and got torn up by something or other i ran over. (probably the 800 billion speed bumps around here.

Get yourself a metal skid plate instead of replacing the uesless plastic one.

Will the metal skid plates that they make for the TDI also work for the 1.8t?
