I am looking for peace sign seat covers/steering wheel covers for an '02. does any one know where I can find those? Internet searches are coming up rather thin. Thanks.

Please don't perpetuate a VW stereotype. Just say "no" to peace signs!

Says the Silverado driver.

Man, get your peace on! Good luck; I'm not sure where to look specifically. I'd probably check bugsagogo.com first

Try searching Google for VW retailers or Beetle accessories instead of the specific item. That might word.

You're rude. You know the old adage, "If you don't have anything nice to say..."

Bugsagogo.com is a great place to start.

There's no apostrophe before an 's' when you're talking about the plural version of a word. "I took some neat photo's!" is NOT correct.

You've seen me on here for years and that's what you take from this? I would think you'd have a sense of who I am by now. OK, if I'm rude, you're stupid. Neither one is true.

To the OP: peace signs are a way overdone VW "accessory" "theme", etc. Please don't do it--be unique, in case anyone wonders I think that the wind-up keys are just about as brilliant of a choice.

Yeah, that's me at the moment, but I did have 2 different NBs for almost 10 years and drove exclusively VW for the 22 years I have owned my own vehicles until last June. I know I got more VW in my blood than you do.

I have no sense of who you are, really. I don't really even know you. I'm definitely not stupid, either.

So, if this is true, you seem pretty comfortable throwing labels around. Thanks.

I think your original comment to the OP was rude, plain and simple. I don't have to know squat about you to know something is rude. Though people who DO know you may know that you're not rude, the OP doesn't.

Aaaaand you're welcome.

Wow; you win. You go sir. You go.

OP: http://www.shearcomfort.com/ You may be able to get some seat covers from these guys or http://www.wetokole.com/ And get peace symbols embroidered onto them. You can pretty much get any fabric embroidered for pretty cheap at alot of upholstery places. I have a friend who's mother does that sort of thing in her spare time as well.

I didn't know it was a contest. I took your comment about what I drive now as light-hearted and responded in kind. Why the hostile sarcasm?

OP: My orginal, second and now third comments were not rude. I was just giving my honest opinion on a "peace sign theme" for a NB. Some folks can't see past what is in my signature and a little history I may have here, personally, I am convinced I could post "I love everybody on the Org! " and someone would have a problem w/ it. You are welcome here as far as I am concerned even if you do go with that tired old peace sign theme Don't let any haters chase you away! There are more people who will make you feel welcome than there are those who won't.

Don't forget that you need the kind of seat covers that are designed not to impede the side airbag.
