Default FS: JVC AR-560 CD-MP3 head unit with sirius receiver

I wound up selling my '02 NB TDI with the stock radio in it, so I have the JVC Arsenal KD-AR560 CD receiver with MP3 / WMA playback head unit with all the mounting stuff, plus a Sirius receiver that connects to the head unit. I liked it because it wasn't too flashy that I'd have to worry about someone breaking into the car to grab it, but it could play MP3's and had a front aux input. I got it from Crutchfield a few years ago, and I think I have all the accessories, including two bezels to make it fit the NB dash, the keys to remove the old stereo, the remote control (still in plastic), wiring harness, etc. I also still have the owners manual and an extra Sirius receiver (not in the picture) with a damaged cable (3rd pic) that I'll throw in for nothing, since I can't do anything with it. I'm looking for $125 shipped for the whole thing.

To say again- one of the Sirius receivers works perfectly. The other Sirius receiver does not due to the damaged cable. You can have both.

I'm looking to sell the head unit with the receiver(s), but I'd be willing to sell the receiver(s) separately if someone offered first- the satellite receiver is a JVC only model that may not work with newer ones.

All the stuff, minus the extra satellite receiver.

The front of the radio. It's in fairly good shape with a couple of scratches.

The damaged cable. It's only a small nick in it, but it didn't work afterwards. Someone with a little bit of skill could likely fix it.

Will this unit - by itself - play MP3s? From what I read, it seems I would need to buy an MP3 compatible CD changer to attach to it, or use the aux in from a stand alone MP3 player.

The CD player is behind the flip down front face. It plays mp3's directly from CD- no external changer required. The aux-in on the front faceplate is great for an ipod, in addition to the mp3's on CD, CD-R, CD-RW. From the description: plays CDs, CD-Rs, and CD-RWs (including discs loaded with MP3 and WMA files)

Guess I read the specs too quickly. It mentioned external CD changer and removable face. Never saw the part where it actually has a cd player behind the face. I never would have guessed that.

The best thing about the JVC radio's is the red an blue lights match perfectly to the Beetle dashes. (Just a thought)

Unless you have an "S" then they are white. I miss the blue.
