WTB 04 Turbo 6sp auto

Hello, I need to buy A 6 spd automatic trans for a 04 beetle Turbo .Please be in working condition ,or be able to rebuild the one I have now .Any help would be appreciated.Please emali me @

Last time I check the only auto 6speed came on mark5 cars "DSG".

You might have a hard time finding a 6speed automatic.
Unless there is an aftermarket company.

There is a 6spd for a TT on VW clearance now for $499, it might be worth retrofitting it in. The P/N is 02M-300-015-BX, you might find a parts wizard and see if that can be fit to your car.

Thanks for your help.I traded the car off I didnt have the 3K for a trip t 2004 .3K was the best I found so be careful if you have a sealed tt trans there very costly .Iam glad that beetle is gone !!!!!money pit

Incorrect. VW had (and still has) 6 speed 09G automatics with "tiptronic." I hate that tiptronic marketing BS, its still a slushbox with a torque converter. Very different from the DSG gearboxes which have their own issues; crappy DMF's, speed sensor issues, false neutral problems, failed mechatronics units on top of the expensive fluid changes every 40k miles.

Thank you for saying what i wanted to.The worst thing is there still using them as 1100. automatic option and there no better .Thanks all
