WTT: 06 Leather Auto Shift Lever for '99 - Great Condition
As the title states, I was depressed when I found that it wouldn't fit on the 99's shaft, even though it's the same freaking car
 Alternatively if anyone knows how to mod this that would be cool.

Did the leather one come off of a Tiptronic/DSG? If so, it would not have worked on a 99. The shafts are indeed different. They are not exactly the same car.
