This is the cover that goes over your convertible top when you "drop" it. It takes about a minute or two to install, protects the top liner from road dirt, bugs, cigarette ashes, and other contaminents, the top liner is not a very "cleanable" item, it is the finish touch for your pride and joy when the top is down.

I also have these available in black, white, and I have one white, with light blue "piping", p/m me for more information, pics and pricing. No, I don't have any in either of the two reds, I HAVE BEEN SEARCHING FOR THE BORDEAUX RED FOR 8 MONTHS, EVEN OFFERING A REWARD. lmao

Despite anything you might read in a listing for these, they are, and were always, only made out of the equivalent of what VW calls "leatherette", old school this was called "naugahyde", a trade name for a very high grade, durable, leather look alike, as thick as leather, with a cloth fiber backing.

Not sure what the item is at the lower edge of the pic is, could be a storage pouch, might be something unrelated. I have bought these where they did come with a storage pouch the same shape as the one for the wind stop, but without the instructions. It was not noted on the listing, but if it shows up with the boot, you got a bonus!
