Do you mean the grille insert for the front spoiler? With out without fogs? Do you have a year in mind, or do you not care if it fits? Ditto the hubcap. C'mon, more info.

its a 98 and i bought it with nothing on the from lower bumper part i can see the radiator and looks ugly

You should be able to find one on eBay. Wait for the right color to come along or you will be paying to have it prep'd and painted, and that can get expensive.

As to the hubcap, put up a picture to help us, help you indentify the right one. Or you may be able to find the information here, courtesy pencilneck-
